No, in order to properly maintain the vehicles and provide a higher quality service to our clients, we request that they do not carry pets in the vehicles, in the same way this is clarified at the time of delivery of the vehicles, since recommendations are sent to them. via whatsapp.

What documents do I need to rent?

In order to rent a vehicle with Car Rental MB, it is necessary to present an official credential (IFE or Passport), a valid driver's license and a deposit of the person who will be the holder of the contract; all of them in original.

Do I have to carry a Mexican driver's license?

It is a fundamental requirement that the holder of the contract present his valid driver's license regardless of his nationality, the important thing is that it is valid.

What happens if I don't return the car on the date or time designated in the contract?

Car Rental MB calculates your daily rates based on a 24 hour rental period. In case of not returning the vehicle in time, delay charges will be incurred. The maximum waiting time as stipulated in the contract is 30 Min, if you arrive later than the delivery of the vehicle you must pay an additional 24 hours as stipulated in the contract.

What should I do if I forgot something in the car?

Report it immediately to our whatsapp service, however, we are NOT responsible (in any case) for objects forgotten in the cars regardless of the type or value of the item in question, the lease indicates it.

Drink and drive

Forbidden places

You'll lose your deposit if you go to the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, Cozumel and Isla Mujeres with our units

Premium gas

Please only use premium gasoline to avoid damage to the engine, otherwise you will lose your deposit

Minor damages

Minor damages have a replacement cost of 3.500,00 MXN, this includes scratches and other minor damages

Obey safety signs

Obey safety signs and use the seatbelt in all your rides, otherwise you will lose your deposit.

Deductible

The insurance covers 90% with 10% deductible as long as the officer determines that it´s your fault

Recording

In each car rental service we make a video at the time of delivery of your vehicle to ensure that you receive a top quality unit.

Other Damages

The MXN 3,500.00 replacement fee for minor damage is charged for each damaged piece on the vehicle.
